When it came time to name my firm, there was never any other option. Because that’s what I do for my clients. They come to me in the anxiety of their finances — overwhelmed, unsure, dreading what they might find. My job is to transform that into clarity, confidence, and control.

I'm Monica Koles
I didn't start my career in bookkeeping. I started it next to the dental chair.
In high school, I became a dental assistant — and I stayed in that world all the way through college. I showed up, I learned the craft, I understood what it meant to care for people and run a professional operation. What I didn't expect was that those years would quietly teach me something I'd carry for the rest of my life: that the systems behind a business matter just as much as the service itself.
When I graduated, I stepped into management — and something clicked. The protocols, the procedures, the finances, the way a well-run business feels from the inside — I loved all of it. Not because it was glamorous, but because I could see exactly how the right structure gave people freedom. It freed up the practitioners to do what they were great at. It kept the business healthy. It made everything work.
